WA!!! very tired lah at the training we starting run 5 round then do wat stupid stretching then the teacher say we do stretching to prevent muscle cramp but me and seniors girl do stretching still got muscle cramp wat lol
AFTER stretching the coach tell us to do full court lay-ups then maximent only can 6 bounce lol i always cheat 7 to8 bounce lol lucky the coach did not see then the COACH then ask we all 1 to drink water then we say YES !! Ater water break we do fault shot score two then can water break if miss 1 run 1 round then the first 1 finish 1 is abedline then im the 3rd or 4th lol my shotting not good liao lol then we do 3 on 3 then 3 on 1
After tat we play match 4 on 4 seven balls wa then we play 3 match so total was like 21 balls won three time ?? lol then 2 dls girl go home byes lol ater tat i n wanah,abed n atiqah take MRT come home then we go n buy mcdonald then wanah.atiqah.abed go to the mc cafe cause THEY SAY TAT WHEN UR BIRTHDAY CAN GET FREE CAFE LOL
AH!!!!!!!!!!!!! FORGOT to buy birthday present 4 abed lol so forgetful lol then we go home

Today basketball traning so tired at first we run 10 round so i very tired. then passs 1 hand thunder ball and overheadpass then mr wong 9 then come to our training cause he haven change the time to singapore time cause last time mr wonng go vietnam never change time then we play macth with the kranji people wery tired lah then we do the jeckstep then play match with junior again i m so tried lo.Hope traning can don't so tried. byebye nothing to post.c u i will post tomm . !!!!!Hope u all like my blog
